Reporting to : Manager- Digital Marketing and Ecommerce

1. Scope of the role We are looking for an enthusiastic person who is passionate about ecommerce and is willing to take the challenges

2. Job Profile Responsible for day to day operations of Mia By Tanishq on marketplaces and brand website to achieve the targets

3. Key Deliverables :

1) Engagement with marketplaces for Mia's business

- Responsible for Mia products Listing, Catalogue Creation, Stock

- Allocation, Replenishment across all marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra and Tata Cliq)

2) Coordinating with IT team for price flows, inventory upload on day-to-day basis

3) Creating content for products across portals

4) Analyze online sales and stock in hand on weekly basis for replenishments

5) Coordinating with Warehouse and Logistics Team for order processing, shipment, return pick up etc across marketplaces on day-to day basis

6) Coordinating with Brand teams for discounts and activations

7) Managing partner portal accounts (Amazon, Tata Cliq and Myntra)

8) Support, Working with our internal teams and vendors to provide our partners with necessary content (images, logo, etc) to enable sale

9) Managing brand health on partner portals seller rating, keeping return and cancellations in check

10) Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint

The right person :

- Should be currently handling jewellery

- Item code, catalogue and theme code knowledge is a must

- Knowledge of Oracle ERP is an added advantage

- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders ( internal and external ) drive towards the objective with complete alignment

- Ability to hustle and exceptional execution speed

- Hardworking, Positive, can-do attitude. Can handle stretch goals with ease.

- E-commerce experience or knowledge is a bonus
