Position: Executive / AM- Trade Marketing

Reporting to Manager - Trade Marketing
1. Scope of the role
- Innovative marketing programs to drive image and business across the Trade Channel
- Managing the monthly marketing drive for RS Star Club and Model stores and EBOs
2. Job Profile
- Assisting in the creative/ Idea Development and Execution of Trade Marketing and VM plans for the channel
- Layout planning of Model stores and EBOs
- Ensuring standardized execution of MS / EBOs across the country
- VM CFA Stock management
- Assisting in Marketing planning during campaigns and festivals
- Working closely with creative agencies to create artworks during campaigns and festivals
- Working closely with the regions and assisting for improvement of brand presence across the stores
- Vendor payments and bills and PO creation
3. Key Deliverables
- To conceptualize and roll out new programs including drive customer footfalls & engagement in key dealer stores
- To conceptualize and roll out metrics for measurement of initiatives done and thereby track performance
- Ensuring the availability of VM Stocks and timely placing orders with the vendors;
- Driving tertiary growth of the model stores and EBOs
4. The right person
- PGDM / MBA with Retail Experience of 1-3 yrs.
- Good understanding of retail and consumer shopping
- Should be able to think differently on creating and driving store excitement and footfalls
- Team player who can understand drivers of local business and is able to carry team on execution of ideas
- High on energy and enthusiasm
