Key Responsibilities :
- The sales executive should conduct market research to identify Government needs, priorities, and upcoming projects.
- Attending meetings, networking events, and engaging in relationship building activities. Foster connections with decision makers and influencers in the Government sector.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key Government stakeholders is crucial. Building trust an understanding the needs of Government officials is essential for successful contract acquisition.
- Sales executives should be patient and persistent as Government procurement processes can be lengthy and may involve multiple stages.
- The sales executive should have a solid understanding of the Government procurement process, including the bidding, RFP (Request for Proposal), and evaluation process.
- Sales executives should inform the Government procurement regulations, attend meetings, and engage with bureaucrats in contracting to stay updated on industry best practices.
- Stay informed about Government bids, projects, and budget allocations. Tailor your proposals to address specific Government requirements and how your solution aligns with their bids and project goals.

Qualifications :
- BBA/BBM/MBA from a recognized institute or any other similar qualification to meet the job requirements.
