1. Own up the customer engagement and retention activity

2. Ideate, build & execute customer lifecycle campaigns through automation

3. Analysis data/ disposition and create lifecycle journey touchpoints based on touchpoints, create creative journey in automation platform like webengage, engagely, Netcore

8. Expert in understanding customer journey ad various touchpoints

9. Experienced in creating content around the customer touchpoints

10. Experienced in pulling insights and presenting to leadership team
