Job Description :
- To ensure that all VM policies are strictly adhered to by all retailers as per the prescribed Mall Regulations.
- To ensure that all retailers follow the set safety measures and practices as prescribed by the Mall management.
- Keeping a vigil over customers activities and prohibit activities like bringing pets, videography, carrying dangerous objects.
- Guiding customers wherever necessary.
- Monitoring stock movement within the mall premises as per the set regulations by the Mall management.
- Reporting any infrastructure related safety hazards to the concerned departments for rectification.
- Attend and report any emergencies that may occur during mall trading hours.
- Attend and channelize retailer queries & complaints to concerned departments, if any.
- Attend and channelize customer queries & complaints to concerned departments, if any.
- Monitor mall signage are displaying correct information and escalate to make corrections if required.
- Monitor Digital Display functionality and escalate if necessary
