Job Description:
- As a Telecaller and Counselor at Bansal Classes, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and assisting aspiring students and parents in their educational journey. Your responsibilities include:
- Conducting outbound calls to potential students and their parents.
- Providing information about our courses, teaching methodologies, and the institute's reputation.
- Addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Assisting students and parents in selecting the most suitable courses and programs.
- Maintaining a database of inquiries and follow-ups.
- Coordinating with our academic team to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in telecalling and counseling, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Empathy and the ability to connect with students and parents.
- Understanding of the IIT, JEE, and NEET coaching industry is a plus.
