Job Description :
- Responsible for overall sales performance for the inside sales team by ensuring that all products meet the target achievement.
- Weekly reviews of team leaders and provide solutions for the operational issues faced.
- Taking on projects for performance improvement.
- Ensuring that programs are closed within the time and budget.
- Control of attrition and responsible to hire the right talent for the team.
- Drive the team to achieve the targets by creating a performance oriented competitive culture.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
Requirement :
- Desired candidate should have problem solving skills, should have the ability to forecast sales.
- Experience managing a high-performance sales team.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
