- Graduates or PG candidates in English literature or media or journalism

- Must have good communication skills

Position Objective : To write content as per the requirements of the organization, brand and products (courses)

- To make suitable changes in the content as per the changes in the brief or the products courses (offered)

- To ensure that the content piece is free of all the errors

- To proofread and quality check the content

- To check the format of the content to ensure consistency

Roles and Responsibilities The roles and responsibilities include

1. To write content as per the requirements of the organization

2. To make changes in the content as per the changes in the courses or products offered by the organization

3. To proofread and quality check the content & make necessary corrections in the content

4. To ensure content doesn- t have any mistake or error related to grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax, usage, brand voice or consistency

5. To be responsible for the correctness and suitability of the content

6. Ability to multi-task and deliver work quickly

7. Understand Organization, its mission, vision and values, its brands and structure

8. Familiarise with the courses it offers, the academic and industry partners, learning proposition of the courses and its TG and their persona

9. Familiarise with the brand proposition and its language, design elements

10. Ideation & Conceptualisation of communication

11. Collaborate with fellow content team members on various projects and tasks

12. Collaborate/liaise with Design team members to get the communication completed

13. After proofreading, to share final & complete file with the stakeholders and be responsible for its suitability, adequacy, construct, aesthetics and grammatical accuracy and ensure that it's not plagiarised

14. Amend, revise or redevelop the copy or advertisement in response to the inputs and feedback till its approved by all the stakeholders, internal or external

15. Oversee various projects through the design or production stage to completion

16. Consideration of SEO while create web-content

17. Be up-to date with current copy and communication trend and culture

18. To liaise with the Content or advertising agency if organization has hired one to get suitable and required content: To check the communication received and finalise it; To share with the stakeholder and to be responsible for it

19. Able to give timelines for the task and ensure to meet the set timelines

Content can include :

1. Articles, Blogs, Listicles, Authored articles, etc

2. Emailers, sms scripts, whatsapp content, social media text descriptions, google ads

3. Headlines, slogans, catchphrases, straplines and body copy

4. Brochures, web-page content, leaflets, etc

5. Social media post copies, Quora Q&As, FAQs

6. Video scripts, radio jingles

7. PR stories, Interviews

8. For web media, social media and mobile applications

9. Any other content as required
