Times Internet - CRM Marketing Specialist (1-3 yrs)
- Plan and execute multi-channel email, push notification, In-app nudges and SMS campaigns for the entire customer base through automation tools.
- Ensuring proper capturing of user data points for effective campaign reach.
- Create user segments to drive engagement, cross-sell, retention etc.
- Understanding of running multivariate and multi-channel campaigns.
- Sound analytical skills to report regular campaign metrics and impact on business metrics.
- Regular campaign reporting across customer success metrics like engagement, retention, cross-selling etc.
- Good copywriting skills
- Experience in running marketing automation tools like Clevertap, Webengage, Mailchimp, Gupshup etc.
- Experience in delivering high volume and quality campaigns on emails, push notifications and SMS in a fast-paced environment.
