Times Internet - Associate - Business Development - EduTech Domain (1-3 yrs)
One of the leading Ed Tech Company is hiring for Business Development Associate across different locations in India
Criteria :
- Graduate/Post Graduate
- 1-3 years of experience as Feet On Street in B2C Sales (minimum 6 months of experience in field sales )
- Not more than 28 years of age.
- Minimum 50% in 10th grade
Working Days : Wednesday to Sunday. (2 days week-off)
Preferred Skill Sets :
- Good Interpersonal Communication skills. (Face to face and Telephonic conversations)
- Sales Drive and resilience.
- Experience in consultative selling.
- Should be target driven and achievement oriented.
CTC : During pandemic ( Work from Home)
8 Lacs Per Annum (5 LPA Fixed + 3 LPA Incentives/Variable)
After Pandemic (Direct Sales)
10 Lacs Per Annum (5 LPA Fixed + 2 LPA Direct Sales Allowance + 3 LPA Incentives/Variable)
