Times Group - Lead/Content Coordinator (5-8 yrs)
- As a Lead Content Coordinator specializing in Digital Marketing support, you will play a leadership role in shaping the integrated marketing and communications strategy across various channels. Your responsibilities will include :
- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of Program Coordinators, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Strategic Planning : Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for marketing channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Display, and emailers, etc to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Content Ownership : Take ownership of communication flows on the website, brochures, landing pages, PR releases, blogs, etc ensuring consistent and compelling messaging aligning with the brand's vision.
- Testing and Optimization : Oversee ongoing testing to evaluate the effectiveness of different communication lines for executive education programs
- Collateral Creation Oversight : Leverage your expertise to oversee the creation of impactful brochures and digital assets, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Task Management and Oversight : Ensure the team adheres to established processes and demonstrate proven task management capabilities to ensure the timely completion of projects.
- Cross-Team Collaboration : Facilitate effective communication across teams to ensure seamless workflow and timely project delivery.
- Timeline Adherence Oversight : Ensure that all marketing and communication efforts adhere to agreed timelines, managing expectations with various stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Oversee collaboration with different stakeholders, conduct feedback rounds, and use insights to enhance creative outputs.
- Brand Compliance Oversight : Act as a brand champion both internally and externally, ensuring full compliance with brand guidelines and messaging across all solutions.
- Market Intelligence : Provide leadership in keeping abreast of market developments and competitor strategies to inform and enhance performance marketing strategies.
- Expertise And Qualifications
Requirements :
- Minimum 5+ years of experience with a Min bachelor's degree. Proficiency in English is a must
- Proven leadership experience in marketing communication, with a focus on digital marketing activities and having led a team
- Demonstrated experience in team management, account management, and client coordination. Client servicing background is a plus.
- Ability to maintain cross-functional team relationships and foster a collaborative environment.
- Very good understanding of what works and what doesn- t work in creatives for performance marketing
- Having an experimental mindset for creatives to enhance creative conversion metrics
- Proactive approach to recommending new communication strategies for digital marketing
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with creating brochures and digital assets in bulk is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with creative briefs and understanding of marketing channels is a plus
- Should be adept at Excel and task management tools such as Asana
- Should be able to take data backed creative decision
