Job Description - Program Advisor

Location - Mumbai

Nature of job - Interaction with Senior and Mid-level working professionals to check and build interest on various Programs offered by top Indian and International Institutions.

Purpose - To help sell such programs to target leads.

Job duties : 

- Engage with Senior and Mid-level professional via phone. Build interest in participating in relevant program and achieve set number of enrolments.

- Shortlist and schedule appointment for a discussion via Phone, Skye or in person.

- Assist the leads on all information actively till closures.

- Record information / interaction in CRM software on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities :

- Provide correct and authentic information to the prospective participant.

- Achieve Set Target of Enrollments in Various Programs.

- Follow policies and procedures for smooth and seamless operations.

- Error-free documentation and information capture.

- Attend all trainings and learning sessions for self-development.

- Contribute to team goals.

Skills -

- Excellent communication skills.

- Fluency in English communication.

- Listening skills.

- Strong persuasion skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office, and handling tools like mail merge, emails, internet, knowledge portals and social media platforms.

- Ability to assess customer needs.

- Ability to accept and give feedback.

- Ability to communicate with senior working professionals.

Experience - 6-7 years of relevant experience, Strong experience of engaging with Senior and Mid-level professionals. Executive Search/ Training & Development/selling of educational products, experience is preferred.
