What can you expect?

- Develop strategies for promoting products on social media platforms and organize advertising efforts to increase the company's market share

- Collect marketing data and create a comprehensive research database

- Carrying out thorough research on the products and services offered by competitors

- Cultivate and maintain a positive relationship with clients

- Ensure that the company achieves its sales targets

- Managing client grievances, negotiating contracts with clients, and soliciting feedback from them

- Collecting, analysing and interpreting marketing data to generate both short-term and long-term market projections.

- Website auditing, identifying and fixing issues with the help of Web developers

- Maintain the Customer Database

- Listing and Co-ordinating with partner portals on marketing fronts.

- Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers

What you bring with you

- 2-5 years of experience in the Marketing field

- A master's degree in MBA is preferred but not mandatory

- Relevant work experience in sales or marketing

- Strong knowledge of various marketing strategies and tactics

- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

- Demonstrated ability to achieve results and maintain organization

- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Ability to work independently or in a team

- Strong negotiation and sales skills

- Proficient in English and Tamil

- Affinity toward fashion industry network is preferable but not mandatory

- Willingness to travel - 5% to 15% of the total work

- The working hours for this position are 9am -6 pm, Monday to Saturday and the employee is expected to work from our office location

- This position does not offer the option to work from home
