Responsibilities :


- Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns geared at promoting TiaTech's solutions in the digital space

- Ideation and creation of collaterals, distributing them in various media and social platforms and measuring its impact and effectiveness

- Managing and maintaining company websites, microsites and other online assets and sources

- Performing search engine optimization activities on a continuous basis

- Executing social media efforts and striving to improve the results in terms of KPIs e.g. likes, shares, tweets, etc

- Writing and optimising content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook and Twitter

- Creating and executing e-mail based marketing campaigns

- Developing digital marketing strategies to reach new customers, generate leads and retain existing customers

- Measuring the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.), and providing regular internal reports for the same

- Analyzing market research and planning promotions, competitions and other various creative marketing techniques based on the research results.

- Fixing any errors or bugs in online content

- Editing and posting videos, podcasts and audio content to online sites

- Creating online banner adverts and overseeing pay per click (PPC) ad management

- Identifying online marketing trends and keeping strategies up-to-date

- Collaborating with designers to improve the user experience

- Maintaining partnerships with media agencies and vendors

- Arranging webinars and webcasts

- Attending product launches and networking events

Qualifications And Skills Required :


- An undergraduate degree in marketing or relevant area

- Strong writing and editing skills - should be able to develop content for various digital platforms, including blog writing.

- Comfortable communicating effectively about healthcare technology.

- Good photo editing and video editing skills, in order to be able to generate visual content for social media

- Sound knowledge of social networking and viral marketing, and must be up-to-date with current trends

- Sound knowledge of web development, HTML/JavaScript, search engine optimization, and advanced Word and PowerPoint skills.

- Excellent project management skills - good at handling time-sensitive projects, coordinating between different teams, and meeting deadlines

- Good analytical skills and creative ability in developing digital marketing strategies and campaigns
