1) Identifying prospective clients and helping them understand our services
2) Coordinating with service partners to provide timely and quality service
3) Handling client grievances and providing solutions for superior client satisfaction
4) Introducing clients to latest offers and schemes of the organization
4) Analyzing and preparing reports for management review periodically
