About the Job :

- At Thrillophilia, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic and fast-paced marketing team. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our company through effective and data-driven performance marketing strategies. Your strong analytical skills, expertise in Meta ads, Google Ads, and other advertising platforms, as well as your proficiency in handling large data sets, will be key assets in achieving our marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including meta ads, Google Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.

- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies and maximize ROI.

- Utilize advanced analytics tools and techniques to track, measure, and report on key performance metrics, such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and revenue attribution.

- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to define and execute targeting and segmentation strategies to reach relevant audiences and drive customer engagement.

- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, platforms, and tools related to performance marketing, and proactively incorporate them into the company's marketing efforts.

- Leverage your strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities to identify growth opportunities, drive innovation, and optimize marketing campaigns.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as data analysts, content creators, and designers, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing strategies.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, consumer behavior, and potential market gaps.

- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies or ad tech vendors, to explore new marketing opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

- Utilize your proficiency in other marketing tools and platforms to support and enhance overall marketing efforts.

- Effectively communicate performance marketing strategies, campaign results, and recommendations to key stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Proven track record of at least 3 years in performance marketing, preferably in the travel or e-commerce industry.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Strong expertise in meta-ads, Google Ads, and other advertising platforms.

- Advanced proficiency in analytical tools and techniques, with experience in analyzing and interpreting large data sets.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically to drive business growth.

- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, including, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.

- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of key performance metrics and ROI analysis.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and effectively manage external partnerships.

- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing.
