What is expected from you :

- The Partnership Executive is expected to nurture strong partner relationships, drive mutual growth, and manage multiple ongoing partnerships efficiently.


- They should analyze performance data, optimize processes, and collaborate with teams to align strategies with partners as well as business growth. Effective communication, and adaptability are essential for maximizing partnership potential.

Responsibilities :

- Maintain strong relationships with partners to drive mutual business growth.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnership strategies with overall business objectives.

- Coordinate and manage multiple partnership projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

- Communicate effectively with internal teams, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.

- Review all marketing materials created by internal teams ensuring it aligns with the partner requirements

- Monitor travel market trends and industry developments to capitalize on emerging opportunities through events, roadshows.

- Develop partnership proposals as well as strong and influencing Power point presentations

- Analyze performance metrics and data to identify opportunities and formulate effective strategies.

- Address challenges and obstacles in partnerships with proactive problem-solving skills.

Key required skill set :

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with partners and internal stakeholders.

- Strong Email writing skills

- Basic understanding of digital marketing including content marketing, social media marketing, influencer marketing, SEO, etc.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and adept at utilizing various project management software tools.

- Exceptional negotiation skills to manage partnership agreements and ensure mutually beneficial terms.

- Project management skills to oversee multiple partnership projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.

- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and quickly adjust to changing business requirements.

- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage various partnership processes and workflows effectively.

As the ideal candidate, you must possess excellent management and communication skills to effectively maintain relationships with partners and internal teams. You should also be able to analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and profitability.
