Job Summary :

- Our growing company is in need of an accomplished and enthusiastic Sales/Business Development professionals who love helping manufacturing companies digitize their operations, from eLearning to Digital Productivity Tools, resulting in financial success for both the customer and the sales representative. Individuals with manufacturing and technical product sales backgrounds would be preferred, but if you have a curious mind and a willingness to continually learn, this might be the perfect job for you. Responsibilities :

- Keeping abreast of all the products of our company.

- Generate a pipeline of new sales leads through cold calls, referrals, prior connections, research and other means.

- Generating the interest of the clients and conveying the value proposition.

- Give effective demos and presentations of the product/s.

- Reviewing with Business Development Head & preparing proposals for prospective customers.

- Closing the sales.

- Maintaining good relationships with customers and looking for opportunities to upsell.

- Monitor customer usage and prepare daily/monthly reports.

- Attend and work at our booth at tradeshows.

- Self-starter and should be able to operate with a high degree of independence & accountability.

- Strong negotiating skills.

- Traveling required on case-to-case basis.

- Basic knowledge of the manufacturing organizational structure and basic understanding of manufacturing processes and products would be an advantage.

- Good technical aptitude.

Educational Qualification and Experience :

- Mechanical Engineering or MBA or Any degree with 1 to 8 years of experience in sales of Technical Products/Services. Preferable to have experience of working with large automotive and/or non-automotive companies.
