- The Job envisages building from our existing base of clients and exploring up-selling and cross-selling.

Job Responsibility :

- Identifying and generating new clients and businesses in designated territory and nurturing the ongoing business with existing clients

- Identify prospective clients and convert them into customers

- Sell products that ensure growth and profitability

- Make a strong and positive impression on clients, fostering positive relationships at every level in the client organization

- Proactively find solutions to address client challenges

- Promote Thomas values of professionalism, integrity, ethics, and quality in all client interactions

- Continual monitoring & research of territory/market/industry initiatives

- Supporting the senior members of the team on assignments

In summary, the role has to :

1) Build a portfolio of corporate clients aligned to the overall strategy of the company

2) To connect with Senior HR managers in the Corporate world, provide solutions for their problems with our HR Tech solutions.
