Note : The candidate must have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in lead generation for UI/UX, Digital Marketing, and Graphics design, for the USA, Europe, Middle East, and Indian markets.

Responsibilities :

- Create a database of prospects for UI/UX, Digital Marketing & Graphic design services, and develop an active Pipeline by running cleaning processes within Excel to ensure high-quality data for closure.

- Bidding knowledge (Dribble, Upwork, Freelancer and others.)

- Client Relationship, Convincing & Negotiation skills

- Research online to identify new leads using Sales tools (LinkedIn, Zoom-info, Bloomberg, Lead 411, Jigsaw, Factiva, Hoovers etc.)

- The Candidate should know to write proposals for projects, set up portfolios and get projects.

- Pull the contacts from various sources like LinkedIn, blogs, forums, and websites.

- Manage the contacts and follow up on a regular basis.

- Work closely with our management to develop lead-generation strategies to generate current and prospective opportunities with clients.

- Achieving ambitious growth targets.

- Create & submission of weekly reports as per recommended formats

Qualifications : 

- MBA or equivalent experience

- 2 to 4 years prior industry-related business development experience

- Served as BDM in the Service Sector

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies

- Focused and goal-oriented

Office Timings : 8 hrs a day

Note : Based on the target location time zone 


- Candidate should be flexible to work around various time zones as required
