Job Summary:

We are looking for a resilient, empathic Business Development Executive to contribute to the growth of our company. Business development executives are responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of

changes in consumption

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Generate outbound lead opportunities through emails, social media, networking, and cold calling

- Focusing on the US and European markets only

- Research and target prospects using a variety of sales tools

- Provide a holistic view of TFTs services to potential prospects

- Provide engaging and articulate information about our value proposition to potential customers

- On a daily basis, track prospects - identify decision makers, relevant industries, and companies, and reach out to them with a personalized pitch

- Directly qualified prospects to the sales team

- Develop a strong knowledge of TFTs services in order to facilitate the sales process

- Maintain database/tracker/CRM up-to-date to keep track of customer information and requirements on a timely basis

Qualifications:

- Bachelor/PG degree preferably in marketing, business, or a related field

- Minimum 4+ years of lead generation/appointment setting experience

- High-volume cold calling/emailing, appointment setting, or lead generation experience

- Should have experience in generating leads from the US & Europe region (Focus area) - The candidate should be ready to work from 5 PM to 2 AM IST for better prospecting in the European and US market

- Experience in IT Services & Consulting Industry especially generating leads for tech services like web & Mobile app development, Testing, AI, IoT, DevOps, RPA

- Show a proven track record of achieving sales lead gen and appointment quotas
