Thick Shake Factory - Franchise Sales Manager (4-6 yrs)
- Execute the franchise growth acquisition strategy for the Company.
- Achieve sales target with respect to signing up Thick Shake Factory franchise.
- Be able to connect with HNI (High net worth individuals) audience and pitch our proposition.
- Meeting up with the prospect on a daily basis.
- Should be able to generate leads through cold calls and existing customers with the relationship skills. To schedule sales call within the prescribed geographical location.
- Interest in building a business with a strong social mission at the intersection of private and public sectors.
- Ensuring signups are as per profile prescribed by the organisation keeping the brand guidelines in mind.
- Will be working closely with legal team to ensure the completion of contracts.
- Act as a key account manager and handle end to end activities for the client.
