Thetatel Communications - Executive - Telesales & Customer Support (1-2 yrs)
Activities :
- Mailing contents, posting on facebook insta and linkedin accounts.
- Calling up Clinics/Hospitals/Doctors to Register on Website and download APP.
- Following up on Clinics/Hospitals/Doctors to Register.
- Take up issues/compliant from Clinics/Hospitals/Doctors related to website or APP.
- Coordinate with internal support staff to resolve queries and Complaints.
- Maintain Data and Circulate daily/weekly reports.
Skills Required :
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English Hindi and Marathi expected.
- Basic calling etiquettes needed.
- Basic computer skills on Word, Excel expected.
- Some experience with Canva /Photoshop desirable.

Salary: - 10,000.00 - 15,000.00 per month
