We have urgent opening for the profile of Relationship Manager for our Organization.

Salary : Negotiable

Job Description :

- We are looking for relationship manager who has prior experience in generating business from potential SME units.

- The candidate should be able to convert every situation to a lead and every lead to generating an additional business.

- Developing & maintaining relationships with business generators like Brokers, Builder's developing Commercial properties, Real Estate Consultant/s and Chartered Accountants.

- Manage external sub channel for business expansion & development.

- Understanding the intricacies of various cases and filtering them so that only appropriate cases are put up for approval.

- Should complete documentations and coordinate with bank credit/sales department for processing of loan till final disbursement.

- Candidate should reach his targets and also make sure that his/her team also meets the monthly targets without fail.

- He should be go getter, can penetrate into market to get leads.

- The candidate should be punctual and honest.

- Maintain Daily MIS

Desired Candidates Profile :

- Should be Graduate from any discipline.

- Minimum 2 years experience in lead generations for Loan against property products.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Should have contact with sub broker/channel and relation with chartered accountant is advantage.

- To be a go getter with a professional attitude

- Proactive & penetrate into market to generate leads.
