TheKnottyTales - Associate/Senior Associate - Client Sales (0-2 yrs)
- Drive Customer Success Outcomes by facilitating deals between partner service providers and end consumers
- Expand our revenue in accounts through cross-sell and up-sell of services to end customers
- Influence future lifetime value through higher customer satisfaction
- Manage Customer Success Activities and Formulate strategies to improve customer fulfillment
- Providing services to clients in the best possible way and conducting a best-fit analysis of vendors
- Ensure timely Closures
- Act as a Single Point of Contact between the couple and the vendors
- Aggressive to reach and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets/goal.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 0 - 2 years of experience in Sales, Support, Telemarketing or Customer Relationship Management
- Ability to have a conversation with a customer in English or regional language
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work within deadlines, enthusiast, flexible to changes, ability to deal with more than one project.
- Passionate and have an entrepreneurial instinct.
