Responsibilities

- Design and implement a strategic business plan that maintains and grows the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence

- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

- Exceed annual objective - Revenue as well as non-revenue

- Achieve those through effective planning, setting sales goals, analysing data on past performance, and projecting future performance.

- Using CRM and other best practices to manage & progress sales pipeline to drive towards closure.

- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

- Be able to establish compelling points of view about how cognitive solutions can be used.

- Understand TheDataTeam's Partner relationships and how to effectively leverage them

- Closely work with Marketing team for Demand Gen and Lead Gen campaign planning

- Effectively and efficiently collaborate TheDataTeam's resources at appropriate stages in the sales cycle to advance the opportunity in the sales process - Engineering, Marketing, Delivery, Finance, and other departments as needed.

- Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends.

- Develop a strong cadence for regular customer outreach programs

Requirements :

- Technical : Solution selling knowledge, in particular for Big Data,AI, ML & Cloud solutions.

Experience : 4-10 years of relevant sales experience

- High achieving, ambitious, and results-oriented

- Innovative, generating original solutions and lots of ideas

- Decisive and comfortable making decisions quickly

Candidates with exp in BFSI & Telecom preferred
