Responsibilities :

- Curate, create and publish relevant, original and high-end content along with actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn

- Develop clear strategies for increasing engagements, drive creation of engaging content that supports the brand, producing great content

- Coordination with various departments for work. To ensure each deadline is achieved prior.

- Work with creative services and/or independently to create compelling text, video and graphic social media posts

- Be upbeat with the trends and mould it with The Yoga Institute ethics.

- Manage all creation and scheduling of content across all social media channels

- Monitor, manage and respond to comments and messages and develop relationships through social media platforms

- Scheduling post, writing captions, using appropriate hashtags for better reach

- Drafting, promoting and managing day-to-day execution of social media messaging, post queries, maintain blogs

. Capture stories for social media and posting the same.

- Maintaining Social Media calendar for various platforms and channels

- Work with top management and inter/ intra-departments to produce successful Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, IG Live and other platforms for events as required and collaborate to support local, promotional events, course related offers and other information relevant to the institute

- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Review advertising trends, consumer surveys, and other data regarding marketing of goods and services to determine the best way to promote product. Brief the team and work with them to plan and implement the best digital media solutions

- Analyse the performance of each post regularly.

- Work on a monthly magazine from coordinating perspective to the end product.

- Creative ideas to be implemented solely for some social media posts.

- Coordination with TYI Centres to meet their requirements.

Requirements for the role :

- Bachelors in Mass Media or related field or equivalent

- 3-5 years of working hands-on experience on managing social media tools and platforms

- Experience in creating graphic & video posts tailored for social media platforms whenever needed

- Attention to detail and able to handle complex workflow management

- Knowledge and understanding of current social trends

- Must be able to proof read contents

- Excellent communication and highly developed inter-personal skills

- Ability to balance multiple priorities and to quickly adjust strategy and execution in face of new information

- Cross-functional marketing experience for social media handles

Work Timings : Monday - Saturday, 10 am - 7pm

Work from office : Santacruz, Mumbai
