We provide products catering to cosmetics, wellness and healthcare segments. The company launched in 2020 and already has a following and sales coming in! We are seeking a experienced Tele Sales Manager to join our growing company's leadership team. In this role, you are responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue for the company, and monitoring and reporting on sales goals, adjusting tactics as needed to reach them.

Responsibilities:

- Strategies sales process and revenue growth.

- Help define our go to market message, develop & execute our marketing plan.

- Use every skill you have acquired to promote the The Wellness Shop model.

- Analyse the competition and recommend strategic moves for The Wellness Shop.

- Analyse, research, recommend, and implement processes and systems.

- Collaborate with the Strategic Founders team in growing a strong, integrated, and sustainable organisation.

Skills and Competencies:

1. Clear and effective communicator able to articulate the benefits of our model and vision.

2. Builds trust and confidence by utilizing effective collaboration and co-ordination skills and competencies.

3. Strong background analyzing the competition and adapting strategies and tactics in the marketplace.

4. Demonstrated expertise in online sales e-commerce and is technologically savvy.

5. Experience in building a high-performance team from the ground up.

6. Models learning on the fly, experimenting, learning from failures, and sticking with what works.

7. Energized by taking risks.

8. Experience in sales in the cosmetics industry a huge plus.

9. Should be well versed with all type of Sales Strategy like B2B, B2C, Online sales.

10. Should be enthusiastic enough to take up entrepreneurship challenges.

11. An MBA/PGDM/Grad. From the Tier-1 institute is preferred.
