Role Responsibilities -

1. Heading sales operations and customer management for the Area and to deliver business plan in line with the organization AOP.

2. Plan Territory Development - Expansion of the territory, Analysis - Population, Sales, Competition penetration, New Opportunities Identification

3. Attending regular drumbeat meetings with the distributor team

4. Distribution and channel sales management - Handling Distributor Relations, Dealer management, Collections Management

5. Driving Topline Growth of the Company keeping bottom line metrics in consideration

6. In-depth Analysis of the sales in the region and the RCA for the issues identified

7. Responsible for Driving Sales across GT and MT, Visibility, Manning of Outlets of BA Doors and RBA Doors

8. Managing entire sales pipeline - Primary, Secondary, Tertiary

9. Collaborate with other departments (sales, logistics, education, etc.) and partner agencies/ production houses to build campaigns.

10. Topline and Bottom-Line Number Achievement

11. Manpower Management - Hiring Quality Man power and Retention of the existing team

12. Setting, Driving and thereby Achieving Sales targets for the team and self as a whole.

Requirements (skills/experiences) for the role -

1. Post-graduate (Preferably MBA) or Graduate (Preferably B.tech) preferably from a Tier 1, Tier 2 institutes or a recognized University.

2. Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in beauty, cosmetics, wellness industry having in hand experience of channel expansion, dealer, distribution channel management.

3. Fluency in written and verbal English language and clear communication skills.

4. Passionate about implementing defined structures and processes with finesse and a strong operating field.

5. Forward-thinking and the ability to adapt and course-correct as needed, while also maintaining a clear sense of business objectives.

6. Outstanding communication & relationship skills including collaboration cross-functionally both horizontally and vertically.

7. Strong analytical skills, ability to deduce root causes & propose meaningful recommendations.

8. A driven leadership skill for approaching things with a sense of urgency.
