About the Opportunity :
The Souled Store is looking for people to join the team as the Retail Store Interns, with a preference to students of Retail, Sales or Marketing streams and a strong interest Fashion and Apparel Brands. As a Retail Store Intern at The Souled Store, you will be an integral part of our expansion plans with Large Format Retail chains.
Internship Duration: 2 months (starting 2nd April 2021)
Internship Location: various locations in Mumbai (to be decided based on the proximity to the candidate's current address & comfort to travel considering the travel restrictions due to Covid)
Internship Stipend & other take-aways: INR 5000 + incentives on sales (along with an internship certificate you can also get an opportunity to get hired as a full-time Retail Associate, based on performance)

Key Responsibilities :
- Be able to drive sales and achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets
- Capable to learn and unlearn and relearn store practices
- Highly driven, energetic and being team player
- Sell, upsell and cross sell based on customer requirement
- Clearly communicate offers and listen to customer requirements before pitching products
- Build a great rapport with the customers to build loyalty and have recurring customer.
- Report daily sales to HO
- Flexibility with regards to timings, working longer shifts, taking on additional responsibility, and be part of a fast-paced environment
- Freshers aspiring to make a careeer in Retail; the ones who have customer service and convincing skills
- General Retail knowhow & willingness to make a career in the Retail Industry
- Ability to and willingness to learn of the TSS culture, gain product knowledge and use it
- Extroverts who are comfortable at striking a conversation with people from various backgrounds
