The platform enables fractionalization of large real estate investments into small investment sizes, making them accessible to the retail investor and enabling portfolio diversification. Restack provides the retail investor attractive risk adjusted returns through a turnkey approach to property investing, which is backed by a fully digital investment process and active property management by our inhouse team.

Each investment is sourced and screened by us and is secured by underlying real estate across office, warehousing, co-living, co-working and other emerging real estate asset classes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assisting in the development and implementation of sales & marketing processes.

- Researching & analyzing market trends to gain a deep understanding of customer behavioral pattern.

- Should be able to convince the prospective leads into closures through various sources of communication through digital world & social media platforms like Gmeet, LinkedIn, telephonic & in person meetings.

- Supporting the creation of marketing materials such as investment decks, presentations and social media content.

- Generating reports on sales & marketing metrics such as website traffic & conversions, lead generation and campaign ROI

- Establishing, Negotiating & managing the distribution channel partners & showcase the product in the open market through events, expos, Stalls etc.

- Opportunity to work closely with the founder & business heads on projects and programs within the organization across various products, operations & investor relations.

Skills and qualifications for the role:

- Bachelors Degree in Commerce/Marketing/any relevant stream

- Strong Communication skills (written and verbal).

- Strong analytical foundation with meticulous attention to detail
