- Each investment is sourced and screened by us and secured by underlying real estate across office, warehouse, co-living, co-working, and other emerging real estate asset classes.

Your Role :


- Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.

- Accurately recording details of customers' purchase orders.

- Processing all customer purchases accordingly.

- Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.

- Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with the company's products and services.

- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

- Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections

- Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.

- Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.

- Ensure greater conversion of leads into sales and liaise with the marketing and sales teams with updates on the clients contacted.

- Maintain clear records on CRM with reporting of call activity and customer queries.

Required Candidate Profile :

- 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales or call centre skills.

- Knowledge of Excel and PPT.

- People skills.

- Strong command of English with clear pronunciation and grammar.

- Additional regional language fluency is appreciated.

- Adaptability and Learning.

- Able to work under pressure.

- Possess strong interpersonal skills.
