As a Digital Marketing Ad Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Meta Ads(Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics 4. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions while optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.

- Implement and manage tracking tags using Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate data collection and measurement.

- Set up and configure Google Analytics 4 to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.

- Create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with our target audience and align with brand guidelines.

- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.

- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality assets for digital ads.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising and make recommendations for improvement.

- Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.

- Proven 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and advertising, with a focus on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.

- Strong understanding of digital advertising principles, including audience targeting, ad copywriting, and campaign optimization.

- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads.

- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.

- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

- Certifications in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
