The Quarry - Business Development Role - Interior Projects Fitout (1-3 yrs)
What would you be required to do?
- Develop and maintain positive professional relations with architects and interior designers
- Working in high-end and luxury residential segment by fixing meetings.
- Pitch QP's USPs to clients during their visit at the gallery
- Clearly communicate value propositions of the service and generate leads.
- To follow-up on leads to quote, negotiate and close deals.
- Manage escalation and handle expectation management for ongoing projects.
What skills are we looking for?
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a go getter attitude.
- Candidate preferably experienced in sales (1-3 Years) in Home dcor/Real Estate/Interior industry with a degree in B.E/B.Tech (Civil). Candidates from commerce and management background can also apply.
- An uncompromising passion for problem solving.
- Excellent negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent analytical skills
