Responsibilities :
- Presenting residential project and plans to brokers and potential clients.
- Follow-up's with potential clients interested in Residential housing
- Establish and maintain relationship with clients
- Coordination with clients and booking appointments to show the property to prospective buyers
- Attending existing clients at site and coordinating with them on the phone, handling incoming enquiry calls, preparing daily lead generation report, following up with leads, preparing prospect list networking.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree
- Must have 5 years of sales experience in the real estate field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
