The People Events - Executive/Associate - Business Development (1-3 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Maintaining permanent relationship with clients from different industries.
- Working with the event production team to develop an understanding of the event Programmed.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching attendees and generating sales leads.
- Daily management and maintenance of sales records, ensuring they are kept up to date with attendees and details.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
- Strong communication skills and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
