We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Partnership Development Manager to join our team in India on a remote basis. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the Indian markets, excellent networking and communication skills and a good sense of business acumen. The Partnership Development Manager will be responsible for identifying potential partners, building, managing and growing relationships with them.

What you will be doing ?

- Develop business plans and strategies to identify potential partners in the region for client

- Analyze clients' needs and trends to create partnership solutions that meet their requirements

- Farm and develop connections with partners according to company's strategy

- Manage existing partnerships ensuring all commitments are fulfilled

- Monitor performance of partnerships against targets; identify areas of improvement and suggest solutions

- Work closely with other departments (e.g. marketing, product, operations) to ensure that strategic objectives are met

- Track partner activity and performance metrics

What you will bring to this role :

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in partnership/business development role; experience in India preferred

- Demonstrated success in developing successful partnerships

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

- Strong analytical skills; able to gather, analyze
