The Office Pass - Office Manager - P&L Role (3-6 yrs)
You will be contributing to our growth through:
- Revenue generation: you will help the business generate revenue by providing co-working / shared office solutions to small n mid size companies, women, freelancers etc looking for office spaces.
- Manage end-to-end responsibility for one or more offices that fall under your management (P&L manager).
- The responsibilities include managing existing & new member for revenue & well being.
- New business promotion activities :
- You will identify and execute business promotion activities in and around your offices.
- This includes participation in lead generation activities like flyer, meet-ups, shows, newspaper inserts etc. You will be supported by Marketing & Business development team who will supplement your efforts.
- Existing member management :
- You will look after existing member well-being by ensure prompt & satisfactory resolution of member queries.
- Member satisfaction & attrition control will be key KRAs.
- You will conduct community activity among members.
