About the Role:

We are seeking two enthusiastic and results-oriented individuals to join our call center team at our Mohmadwadi, Pune location. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Answer inbound calls from customers in a timely and professional manner.

- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our products and services.

- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently and courteously.

- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers where appropriate.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

- Meet and exceed daily call volume and sales targets.

- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

- Fluency in English and Hindi languages is mandatory.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong commitment to customer service.

Age upto 28 years.
