About Future Perfect :

Future Perfect exists to improve job readiness for the youth and to enable upward socio-economic mobility through English proficiency and the development of 21st-century employability skills. Future Perfect is designed on the belief that proficiency in spoken English is achieved by adopting an immersive approach, implemented through experiential, holistic, and group learning. Currently, Future Perfect serves ~15k students annually through its 200+ member team of community mobilizers, trainers, placement coordinators, product and curriculum designers, technical architects, and data analysts. Our goal is to create a deeply impactful and highly scalable model for online learning that enables underprivileged youth across the country to lead flourishing lives.

At The/Nudge you will :

- Design engaging learning activities and self-paced learning content that enhances student retention

- Design and develop learning activities for adult learners using the human-centered design approach

- Define and design for learning outcomes, course medium, content delivery, lesson plans, assessments, and other fun, engaging educational content

- Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, roleplays, games, etc) frame instructional end goals and create content that matches them

- Collaborate to strengthen product quality

- Work closely with the trainers to gauge best practices in classrooms

- Decide on the criteria used to judge learners' performance and develop assessment instruments

- Continuously and closely follow industry standards in e-learning and content design

- Conduct user testing in live classrooms to make evidence-based content iteration

Apply if you have :

- A bachelor's degree or above, in any discipline

- Work experience of at least 3-5 years in education or skill development space proven work experience in instructional design and instructional technology, creation of quality audio/video/customized content

- Experience with working in curriculum, pedagogy, and educational content creation

- The ability to translate ideas into projects with excellent interpersonal skills and written communication

- The ability to multitask and work towards several milestones on various projects simultaneously

- Collaborative, results-driven, and growth mindset
