1. Working independently in driving sales in assigned region with end-to-end responsibility for sales performance
2. Setting up distribution network in region/city - work with the best distributors and networks
3. Managing large MT retailers, opening new MT accounts
4. Managing sales promoters and merchandisers in the region - ensuring high performance, attendance, conversions
5. Analyzing weekly, monthly sales performance and communicating to Leadership Team
6. Recruiting and training sales team as required
7. Identifying new channels for growth
8. Working closely with marketing team to drive offers and schemes
