The Media Ant - Associate Manager - Media Buying & Planning - OOH Vertical (2-4 yrs)
- We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Outdoor Media Buying Specialist to join our Media Buying team.
- As an Outdoor Media Buying Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, strategizing, negotiating, and executing outdoor media campaigns to effectively reach our target audience and achieve our client's marketing objectives.
- You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and optimization.
1. Campaign Planning and Strategy:
- Collaborate with the Account Management team to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and key messaging.
- Develop comprehensive outdoor media strategies that align with overall marketing goals.
- Conduct market research to identify optimal outdoor media opportunities and locations for maximum reach and impact.
- Determine budget allocation for different outdoor media channels and locations.
2. Media Buying and Negotiation:
- Identify and negotiate with outdoor media vendors to secure the best rates and placements.
- Utilize negotiation skills to secure advantageous media deals while staying within budget constraints.
- Develop strong relationships with outdoor media vendors to leverage future opportunities.
3. Campaign Execution and Management:
- Coordinate with Ad Ops Team and manage the end-to-end execution of outdoor media campaigns, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience and fit the outdoor medium.
4. Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in outdoor media buying and advertising.
- Masters's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in Events, with a track record of successful campaign execution / B2B sales experience of min 3-4 years
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with media vendors
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

The Media Ant is a 11-year-old company in the AdTech space. We aim to disrupt the traditional process of executing ad campaigns through a physical media agency and replace it with a self-serve advertising platform. The platform should work equally well for both online and offline media.
