Sales Manager-US market Nightshift

- Shift timing: Night 8 PM- 5 AM

- Preference Digital marketing Filed, Website Development sales Experience.

At ZoeQ Technologies DBA: The Market Hut, our sales team is the engine that drives our global consumer reach in Digital Marketing, Software, Mobile App, ERP software development. We are seeking a qualified sales manager to help keep our revenue engine running through their skill and the leadership of a team of driven sales representatives. Our ideal sales manager has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. We- re seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills and someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others. The role demands a leader with a sharp mind and the ability to coach, advise, motivate, or replace sales representatives to create and maintain a high-performance sales force.

Objectives of this Role : 

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

- Maintaining a balance between achieving sales and meeting revenue targets

- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence

- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives

- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach

- Manage Leads, meet the daily target

- Recruit sales agents, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance, ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled.

- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them

- Manage month-end and close year-end processes

Skills and Qualifications :

- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration

- 7+ years in sales management preferable in Digital Marketing or software development domain

- Proven track record of success in the sales cycle from plan to close

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

- Superb leadership ability
