The Market Hut - Customer Service Role (1-3 yrs)
Customer Service- USA (Night Shift)
Location-Gurgaon (work from office)
Role and Responsibilities :
1- Managing all the clients by emails & chat and handling their project, make sure to deliver their work on time with the help of other team members.
2- Handling multiple client accounts and managing end-to-end check work on their projects on every step like checking content on website, design, social media posts
3- Email to USA international clients for any communication & coordinate team members accordingly, responsible to client servicing after the post sale.
4- Written English should be excellent for communication of USA clients on mails.
5- Project upselling and renewal too.
6- Target will be given monthly.
