Key Account Manager
- The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing, and executing new strategies.
Responsibilities :
- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts
- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow-up
- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs
Key Accounts Analysis :
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales/Digital Marketing or Key Account Management
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
