Roles and Responsibility :
- Engage with followers, reply to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer/client reviews & feedback.
- Design, create and manage promotions and ad campaigns.
- Oversee social media accounts design (e.g. FB timeline cover, profile pictures and website etc).
- Drive brand awareness by suggesting and implementing new features/options, like promotions, offers, contests etc.
- Staying updated with the latest trends in social media and be able to implement them.
- Monitor competitors and industry leaders to identify new trends.
- Create & maintain a weekly/monthly/quarterly summary of upcoming content, develop editorial/content calendars.
- Create daily/periodic reports for engagement and other success metrics for various campaigns.
Skills Required :
- Excellent copywriting skills will be an added advantage.
- Ability to come up with creative content.
- Knowledge of online marketing channels.
- Excellent communication skill.
