This role will be responsible for the management of digital paid channels i.e Facebook ads, Google ads (SEM), CRM, SMS and browser push marketing to get traffic, acquire customers and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

- Building an overall marketing strategy for various digital marketing platforms, budget, target audience, planning, etc.

Google Ads : Monitor, plan and create Google ads, targeting the apt audience and creating reports and providing suggestions based on the overall strategy

Facebook Ads : Monitor, plan and create Facebook campaigns adhering to best practices. Undertake activities such writing ad copies, identifying optimum landing page, and campaign mapping

Reporting: daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc campaign performance and other reports

- Provide Content team with insights for Facebook copy & ads creation

- Responsible for gathering and maintaining industry information relevant to search and other digital channels with a focus on trends, SEM practices etc.

Education and experience:

- Graduate/ postgraduate with 2+ years of experience in executing and managing paid search

- Relevant experience in paid digital marketing strategies (Facebook ads/ Google ads/ CRM/SMS)

- Expert in relevant digital platform tools, software and applications across all platforms

- Solid understanding of paid search platforms interface, algorithm, campaign management, campaign optimization and strategies

Preferred Skills:

- Must be a strong team player with ability to manage multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure

- Excellent skills in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)

- Strong data analysis skill, able to decipher complex data and numbers to draw inferences, trends and insights

- Proven track record of delivering tangible results on visibility, traffic and conversions

- Excellent verbal, written and presentations skills This role will be responsible for helping execute search engine marketing (SEM) for Facebook Ad Platform and Google with the ultimate goal of increasing visibility, traffic, customer acquisition and revenue

- Excellent skills in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)

- Proven track record of delivering tangible results on visibility, traffic and conversions
