As an Enterprise Business Development Executive team, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with our B2B clients, educating them about our product range, and driving sales to maintain our reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: As an Enterprise Business Development Executive you will:

1. Prospecting: Identify potential clients within the Middle East region through research, networking, and industry events.

2. Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective clients via email, phone calls, and social media platforms to introduce our services and establish interest.

3. Qualification: Qualify leads based on their suitability for our services, understanding their business needs, timelines, and decision-making processes.

4. Appointment Setting: Schedule B2B meetings between our clients and prospective partners, ensuring alignment of schedules and objectives.

5. Follow-up: Maintain ongoing communication with prospects to nurture relationships, address concerns, and overcome objections.

6. Database Management: Keep accurate records of all communications and interactions in our CRM system.

7. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key metrics such as meeting bookings, conversion rates, and client feed-back.

Qualifications and Experience: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:

- Sales Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the Technology Sector, SAAS, B2B.

- Education: Graduation is mandatory, with a preference for top performers.

- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the technology or education industry.

- Sales Track Record: Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Competencies: Functional competencies, including time and data management, accuracy in record-keeping, and a drive for excellence.

- Communication: Excellent personal and professional appearance, along with fluency in English.

- Pressure Handling: Ability and willingness to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
