As an Institute Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for:

Lead Generation :

- Market Mapping (School, colleges, Vocational training, Coaching Classes as per different location)

- Plan and execute successful activation campaign for different types of educational institutes

- Gather Customer Data and pass qualified leads to the sales team

- Reporting data weekly and monthly basis to the reporting manager

- Handle Negotiation with vendors for Marketing material

- Plan and execute events like clean up drives on Earth day recycling day, environment day, etc with College students and staff

Zero Waste Campus :

- Planning, Audit, Training, Execution, Monitoring, and Reporting

- Conduct Zero Waste Awareness Training in institutes

- Execute Zero waste Campus Program in Schools and Colleges

- Training Housekeeping Staff, Teachers, Volunteer groups, and students to implement Source segregation of waste and provide training material to all the stakeholders

- Audit and identify infrastructure requirements

- Monitor success of Zero waste campus program

- Share Monthly reports of waste diverted from landfills through zero-waste campus program in each college and institute

Institute Retention :

- Plan and execute Retention activities like Certificate /Gift/ Thankyou card distribution

- Maintaining relationships with existing clients(Principals, Directors), planning new and innovative retention strategies.

- Profiling Institute Customers and taking feedback from existing customers

- Conduct events/ Webinars for prospective, new, and existing customers

Requirement :

- Good presentation and public speaking skills

- Proficiency in MS excel to record and report data

- Extrovert and Interactive

- 80% Fieldwork

- Teamwork, corporation, and ability to work across department

- A natural business builder and networker who can ensure excellent client selection by leveraging relationships

- Willingness to travel if required

- Love working in the waste and sustainability sector
