The Invest Plus - Manager - Sales (3-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Involved in selling of Residential and or commercial products that Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Make calls on the leads provided by Company
- To guide and explain the project to walk-in clients on site
- Provide on- the ground support for Sales associated are they generate leads and close new deals
- Shall coordinate with the site team for project updates
- Build and Promote strong, long- lasting customer relationship with the project RM
- Build and maintain productive and cooperative relationship with the project RM
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives & Strategies
- Provide daily report of sales and communication to their respective Management team.
Requirements & Skills :
- 4+ years Experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Good communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the Organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong Business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent Negotiation skills
- Excellent mentoring and people management skills
